Short Bio

Monica Titton is a Doctorate Candidate in the Department of Sociology at University of Vienna. Her research interests include fashion, street style, the intersections between fashion and contemporary art, the globalization of the fashion industry and cyberculture.

She is currently working on her dissertation about the construction of fashion and style on the internet, with a focus on street style blogs, digital fashion communities and social media.
